traffic light at R-12 in Dripping Springs proceed west on 290 about 3.7 miles to McGregor Ln
(CR 187), and turn right (North).
Proceed 3.8 miles to
the stop sign at W. Fitzhugh Rd (CR 101) and turn left (West).
Proceed 0.9 mile on W. Fitzhugh Rd to the stop sign at the “Y” at Sycamore Creek Dr and go left (West).
Proceed 0.4 mile on Sycamore Creek Dr and turn left on Hillview Cir. (South-west) Proceed 0.7 mile to the end of the street
where you will see the gated entrance to Tex-Zen

City, take FM 2766 east
toward Pedernales Falls State Park. Proceed east
past FM 3232 and the park entrance on CR 201 to the Flat Creek low water crossing at the Blanco / Hays
county line where the road changes to CR 101 (W. Fitzhugh Rd).
This crossing may be impassable after a heavy rainfall.
Proceed on 101 about 2 miles to the stop sign at Sycamore Creek Dr
and turn right (West).
Proceed 0.4 mile on Sycamore Creek Dr and turn left on Hillview Cir. (South-west) Proceed 0.7 mile to the end of the street
where you will see the gated entrance to Tex-Zen

From FM-620/SR-71 at Bee Cave, take SR-71 West 1.2 miles to Hamilton Pool Rd (RR-3238) and turn left (South). Go 8.2 miles to Bell Springs Rd (past R-12) and turn left (South). Go 2.7 miles to S. Oak Forest Dr. and turn left.
Proceed 1.6 miles to W. Fitzhugh Rd (CR-101) and turn right (South-west).
